We just stayed for 5 hours the lady at reception took of ID proof never returned. We left the resort at 5am there was no one to accept the room keys so we dropped it on the table and left. I have been calling the owner Mr Utaraksh everday for our ID proof he says he will post it, courier it but nothing. I even told him to courier it. I will gpay the charges but no use this is the service I get as a customer stay was ok because I just slept in room for 4hrs no hot water in the small room. Well I didn't expect them to serve tea at 5am. But definitely I expected them to accept the keys and send my copy of ID proof back. He only argues it's not their mistake. I don't want to know whose mistake I just want the ID proof back
