Six BHK two storied fully furnished Home-Stay, is good for large group looking for spending quite and peaceful time in Lonavala. The Property is far off from the the Town. The Ground floor consists of living room fitted with sofa. A TV and dining table and two bedrooms. The first floor has four bedrooms; a bedroom having small balcony. All bedrooms and living room have attached bathroom with hot and cold running water. The villa is equipped with a very small private swimming pool, a swing and a small lawn. An annexe room provides Billiards and Carrom. Gas and some basic utensils are provided. Hot water is available but toiletries and towels are to be arranged by the guests. The caretaker is helpful. The cost of Cook and support for room cleaning and dishwashing is required to be paid additionally. The rentals appears to be high as compared to location and facilities.
