need and design, even special and challenging projects. It is an
elegant and, above all, truly convenient solution, allowing for perfect fitting
within any existing or new building.
Maison T Plus is the ideal solution for low pit and
headroom shafts and it is available with aluminium or steel shaft
construction.

Gearless motor and state-of-the-art inverter combined with innovative design
guarantees remarkably low noise levels inside and outside the cabin. The noise
level inside the cabin (measured according to ISO 18738) during the lift
operation reaches 52-54 dB (A).

motor and a state-of-the-art inverter.
Self-supported shaft
Maison T Plus is offered with aluminum or steel shaft construction,
self-supported or fitted on to the wall, where concrete shaft is not available.

The emergency auto dialer provides reliable communication according to EN 81-28
in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Energy saving product which reduces CO2 emission up to 60% using a regeneration
drive, stand-by-mode and led lighting.
