If you have any x-rays or scans please bring these along with you. Your physiotherapist will ask you if you need to bring anything specific to your treatment. You may bring with you shorts and a vest for treatment if you wish.
Your initial treatment will range between 45 minutes and 1 hour Follow up treatment sessions tend to be around 45 minutes, but if a longer time is required, there is no additional cost (it depends on the condition)
This will depend upon your diagnosis. Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you at your initial assessment and give you a guide as to how many treatments would be beneficial to you- we do NOT see you more than is necessary

Problems in the bones, joints, muscles, and ligaments, such as arthritis. (Most commonly Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis) Fatigue, pain, swelling, stiffness, and loss of muscle strength. Loss of mobility because of trauma to the brain (Stroke) or spine, or due to diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. Sports Injuries Rehabilitation for conditions such as ligament tears (E.g. ACL tear), tendonitis, strains, shoulder dislocations, ankle and foot dysfunctions, acute sports injuries, muscle trigger points, etc.
Fitness training program will be individually customized as there will be a difference in muscle recruitment, body weight, endurance, strength, etc of each individual. As the fitness program is customized, the duration for the training may differ from one person to another.
Weight loss program will include exercise training and prescription, guidelines including nutritional plan and behavioral changes will be provided
