ADVICE NOTE
In the current pandemic as many canters are closed, many vendors may indulge in wrongdoing or misguiding like providing defective products or machines or promising urgent delivery, guarantee, warranty, AMC, and may even use IICAD staff name to collect huge advances, etc. Any performance specifications are believed to be reliable but are not verified, and the buyer must conduct and complete all performance and other testing of the products, alone and together with, or installed in, any end-products. The buyer shall not rely on any data and performance specifications or parameters provided by IICAD. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to independently determine the suitability of any products and to test and verify the same.
Institute also clarifies that while teaching; trainers do use products and machines in practical and discuss/explained the specifications, brand or can share supplier’s contact, etc. But that should not be presumed as a recommendation or sale pitch as if staff is acting as an agent on behalf of suppliers. This is the institute’s strict policy not to patronize any brand or supplier.
Any deal between student and vendor or representative citing staff connection/ recommendation will not be entertained by us. IICAD will not be responsible and answerable for the same based on policy. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between buyers and sellers or manufacturers of the products.
