STIPEND - 50000/month
Course Objectives –
· To understand the basics of laparoscopy, Instrument Design, Ergonomics, Energy sources. And to know how to set up a laparoscopy operation theatre.
· To acquire basic hand eye co-ordination tissue handling, to know how to use energy sources appropriately.
· To know the indications, contraindication, complications of various laparoscopic surgical techniques.
· Trainees will be assisting operating surgeons at various advanced laparoscopic surgeries and allowed to do some s steps of laparoscopic surgeries.
· At the end of the course trainee should be able to perform following surgeries independently.
*Laparoscopic Appendicectomy
* Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
* Laparoscopic Hernioplasty
* Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (For Gynaecologist)
* Trainees will be Assisting the Surgeon in the following advanced Surgeries.
Laparoscopic Colectomies
Laparoscopic Splenectomy
Laparoscopic Liver Surgeries
Laparoscopic TAPP/TEP
Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery
Laparoscopic GI and Cancer Surgeries.
