b. All information provided during the enrollment process must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of enrollment.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property:

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, textbooks, handouts, and online resources, provided by the institute are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit these materials without prior written consent from the institute.
b. The institute retains all rights, title, and interest in the course materials and any intellectual property associated with its programs or courses.
Code of Conduct:
a. As a student of our institute, you are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner, both inside and outside the institute. This includes treating faculty members, staff, fellow students, and any other individuals with respect and dignity.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of enrollment.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any login credentials or access codes provided to you. Sharing or using unauthorized access to institute resources is strictly prohibited.
Fees and Payment:
a. Course fees for programs offered by the institute are subject to change without prior notice. The most current course fees will be communicated to you during the enrollment process.
b. Payment of course fees must be made according to the institute's specified payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges, penalties, or termination of enrollment.
c. All course fees and payments made to the institute are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the institute's refund policy.
Changes and Cancellations:
a. The institute reserves the right to make changes to programs, courses, schedules, curriculum, faculty, and any other aspects without prior notice, as deemed necessary by the institute.
b. The institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs or courses due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other valid reasons. In such cases, the institute will provide alternative date options or refunds as applicable.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The institute and its affiliates, faculty members, staff, or agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our programs or courses.
b. The institute does not guarantee employment, specific outcomes, or results as a result of your enrollment in any program or course.
Privacy:
The collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by the institute's Privacy Policy, which is available on our website or upon request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your enrollment in our programs or courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in Noida.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
