1.12.1.
Customer cancellation: The customer can cancel the order for the
product till ADARSH ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
1.12.2. ADARSH cancellation:
There may be certain orders that ADARSH or its partners are unable to accept and
service and these may need to be canceled. Some situations that may result in
your order being canceled include, non-availability of the product or
quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
specified by our partners.
1.13. ADARSH also reserves
the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by ADARSH
as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets
with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
1.13.1. Products ordered are
not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
1.13.2. Multiple orders
placed for the same product at the same address;
1.13.3. Bulk quantity of the
same product ordered;
1.13.4. Invalid address given
in order details;
1.13.5. Any malpractice used
to place the order.
1.13.6. No cancellation
charges shall be levied for the cancellation of an order in accordance with the
terms of this policy.
